Position Overview

As a cosmetic injector at Sen Beauty, you will be responsible for providing high quality cosmetic injectable services (e.g. neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc) in a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping clients achieve natural, rejuvenated results while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ethics, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments including botulinum toxin (e.g. Botox®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers (e.g. Juvederm®, Restylane®) in accordance with client goals and health history.

• Conduct in-depth consultations, obtain informed consent, and create customized treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including before-and-after photos and treatment notes.

• Follow strict medical protocols and uphold Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) standards.

• Educate clients on post-treatment care and manage follow-up communications.

• Collaborate with the clinic’s medical director as required under Ontario’s medical delegation laws.

• Stay current with new injection techniques, products, and industry standards.

• Contribute to clinic culture by promoting a professional, respectful, and client-focused environment.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with your respective college (e.g. College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)).

• Minimum 1 year experience in cosmetic injectables preferred.

• Completion of accredited training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Liability insurance coverage specific to aesthetic services.

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, product knowledge, and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Professional appearance and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
