Please review our clinic policies before booking or receiving any services. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, smooth, and respectful experience for everyone. By proceeding with an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our policies, including those related to booking, cancellations, health and safety, and sterilization protocols. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you before your service begins.
To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card on file is required.
Walk-ins appointments are available if time permits; however, booking an appointment is recommended in order to allocate sufficient time to provide a comprehensive and quality experience.
LATE APPOINTMENTS – Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. We will make every effort to accommodate you; but, this may require modifying or adjusting services.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS – Missed appointments will result in a full service fee charged to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION – Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full service fee charge to the credit card on file.
RESCHEDULING – Contacting us within 24 hours of your appointment to reschedule will result in a 50% service fee charged to the credit card on file.
NAILS
7-day warranty on all gel polish, builder gel, and Gel-X services. If you experience chipping, lifting, or peeling within this period, please contact us and provide a photo within the 7-day window to schedule a complimentary repair. Warranty appointments are only valid if proper aftercare was followed. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by external factors such as picking, trauma, or improper use of hands.
NOTE: Our warranty does not apply to hard gel “biogel” refills done over work from another salon (foreign refills). Product quality and application techniques vary widely, and we cannot guarantee the durability or integrity of another salon’s work.
COSMETIC & PARAMEDICAL MICROPIGMENTATION
Due to the unique nature of each individual’s skin, we do not offer warranties or guarantees on the final healed results of cosmetic micropigmentation and paramedical micropigmentation treatments.
Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, aftercare adherence, medications, and individual healing response can all affect pigment retention and the overall appearance of your micropigmentation. Uneven fading, colour changes, or partial pigment loss are all possible and may require additional sessions beyond the initial service.
There are no refunds on all services rendered, memberships, packages or products purchased as all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your service, membership, package, or product, please contact us.
The appointment is designed to provide adequate time to perform the services clients have booked. Hence, last-minute modifications to services may not be possible. However, last-minute changes may be accommodated if they do not disrupt appointments of other clients. The clinic is not obligated to accommodate last-minute requests if it impacts our subsequent clients.
Due to limited space, guests and pets are not permitted in the salon. Pets are only permitted if proof of service is provided as per the health and safety by-laws.
At Sen Beauty, our nail salon understands that some clients may wish to bring their children along during their appointments. While we welcome children in our clinic, we ask that parents or guardians ensure their child remains respectful of the environment and other clients.
We reserve the right to cease services at our nail salon if a child becomes disruptive, including but not limited to excessive noise, running, or behaviour that disturbs other clients’ experiences. The comfort and well-being of all clients are our top priority, and we want to ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
We kindly ask that all parents or guardians monitor their child’s behaviour during the appointment and understand that services may be discontinued should this policy be disregarded.
